Tree growth over footway is wide on footway creating pinch point and reducing visibility and reducing pedestrian safety (especially at night for women and girls). Area of road in with Southwark's adopted Highway. LB Bromley say these footway trees are Southwark's to maintain (https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 9611748)

Location is Crystal Palace Parade on the South side of the road near the junction with College Road where the street name plate is seen on the road.

Reported in Police Ward meeting 11th June 2026 there are ongoing investigations about Violence Against Women at the top of Crystal Palace Park.

Priority inspection and removal of overhanging tree growth at bottom of tree that risk creating an ambush point at night.
