Overflowing bins and rubbish strewn over the pavement

This seems an ongoing problem due to the pizza place and bus stop nearby. There are already two bins there. It's smelly, unhygienic and unsightly and let's the area down. These bins need to be prioritised for emptying regularly and frequently.
