Ongoing waste accumulation around the communal bins, with overflowing bins, abandoned black bags and loose litter now extending along the kerbside. This is creating an environmental health concern. Current waste management arrangements are inadequate.

Bins are still overflowing, with lids unable to close, and litter from the bins is now spread along approximately 50 metres of the kerbside. The current waste management and maintenance arrangements do not appear to be adequate for the location.
