Illegal 'Dark' resturant operating at end of alleyway behind 98 Rye Lane

Illegal dark restaurant has been operating down the end of the alleyway of 98 Rye Lane where Flats 1 & 2, 98 Rye Lane or located. Specifically this restaurant is behind the mobile phone shop and as a result Uber/Just eat couriers are constantly using the alley well to ferry food. Bins of food waste are left which stink and are attracting more flies and vermin along alleyway. The stench and noise is not allowing our tenants in Flats 1 & 2 to open their windows. The alleyway is now dangerous to walk down at night and is also being used to dump rubbish from this dark restaurant. The people working there are also throwing their rubbish onto our tenants flat roof and bottles full of urine have also been dumped. Please could you investigate and have them removed. It is a health hazard and extremely distressing for our tenants. Thank you.
