Food waste flytipped

Just watched the family members who live in 10 Oslo square empty cooking pots and pans of food waste onto the green area. This family have been a problem here for many years and reported to southwark council for many years. Their constant dumping of food waste has and is attracting rats and those rats are entering the gardens on Plover Way. This problematic family fly tipp daily onto this green space. They have no regard for their surroundings or neighbours. When is southwark council going to do something, anything?
