Filthy Pavements whole of Lower Road
Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9814507.
There's a dark residue along majority of the Lower Road pavements, always looking filthy dirty like an oil grease residue. Almost looks as if this is a pavement of a street market. This runs along majority of Lower Road where the shops are. Can this street pavement be properly cleaned, jet-washed down? See attached images
