AGAIN rubbish dumped

Reported via mobile in the Flytipping - General category anonymously at 20:06, Sunday 19 July 2026

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9812074.

Please clear

Every week I report fly tipped rubbish on council pavement outside this privately owned building of rented out flats on Nunhead Green/Gordon rd

The tenants simply throw all their unwanted house stuff onto the council owned public pavement outside next to their home, which creates smells, rats & foxes

Why can’t the council ask the dept which regulates private rental Licenses to write to freeholder/owner of this building to tell them his/her tenants are committing an illegal act of flytipping and issue him/her with a fine unless tenants stop. That is the law! ???

I have spoken to many residents & stop owners on the road/green who are all fed up with this flytipping on a regular basis! Ie weekly sometimes every few days.

Please can you help? Thank you Smita 07985 618263 Local resident Nunhead
