My neighbour at no8 oakdene has fur tree in front garden today I witnessed and took video on my phone clearly showing the Tennant Lorraine cavindish and her brother who don’t live here Lorraine standing at bottom of ladder while Paul continued to cut and saw at the fir tree this was at 12 :38 confirm time from video and then at 2:20 pm I saw Paul taking the bags down to Carlton grove and placing them beside food waste bin Knowing full well that we can not put anything here we had letters from Southwark about this Lorraine was inside the home when he took them out but knew exactly where they had been placed coz he came back and wasn’t longer than 2 mins and then could be herd out in back garden area shouting
