Fridge sitting outside evicted flat

There's a fridge freezer unit on the porch of this building, seemingly tied to an eviction there (at least a month ago, I think longer). It's been sitting there with its contents rotting. It's unclear why the landlord has left it there, but it's unsightly and smells bad.
