Significant damage to road surface

Site of previous Thames Water works, but near constant leak of water through crack in road since works last completed (a couple of months ago.

Now, large hole in surface of road, getting increasingly large/deep over previous week. Water coming out. Ruts appearing, no tarmac left for 1m2 patch
