Every few days there is constant household rubbish dumped outside this white block of flats

Please remove asap As foxes & rats seen on rubbish

Also could the council Contact the owner of block of flats to check If it’s their tenants dumping rubbish please?

Everyone in Nunhead is fed up with having to report this every week
