Pavement completely blocked

There is no point reporting this to Lime bikes because their reporting app has a default setting of recording badly parked bikes as damaged bikes. This distorts the data that is sent to the council and affects the decision making process and the contracts . Anyway, for those wheel/pushchair users and blind people in our community, lets report it on here for you. Indeed for anyone wanting to walk up the pavement without stepping out into the road. Maybe, one day, people will care about each other...
