Car Parking on pavement

Vehicles such as the one shown in the photo keep driving and parking on the pavement outside Pelican House. This is really dangerous, especially when they're driving on the pavement. We've have had some near misses, and I have seen others including school children nearly being run over, with drivers often becoming aggressive with pedestrians if they get in their way on the footpath. This happens daily with large vans and cars.
