On going never ending dumping of rubbish

At least every week someone dumps their rubbish here . The foxes and rats and pigeons get into it and it causes a big mess.

Have reported over and over and over and nothing is done to stop this from recurring. Please clean it up and ideally come back again on Tuesday for the next lot they dump.
