Toad closure and diversion signs to go

The road has now opened in Nunhead lane/Linden Grove after the water leak. ALL the road closure and diversion signs in surrounding streets are still up including near the corner of Peckham rye. Need to be removed. Why didn’t the road surfacing people remove them?
