Protruding metal cover in middle of the road

Elmington Road just before you get to the two road signs either side (see photo of the road signs at Fix My Street Case Reference Number 9514294). Of danger to both cyclists and other vehicles. In daylight it might be seen and avoided but at night time, any cyclist, particularly approaching from the Stacey Path end of Elmington Road, will be thrown off their bicycle as the cover is protruding upwards out of the road by about 1-2 inches.
