Please remove ASAP green plastic bin it's broken without lid and very dirty and old

Please urgently remove this plastic green bin without the lid, just take it away from our Street. There are other bulky items such as black bed frame which was left by female amal jama flat 6 Kelly Avenue flat 6, SE15 5GL These bulky items are hazardous for public passing by this particular pavement on Kelly Avenue corner Watts Street
