7th Complaint: It is completely unacceptable that this is a site for dumping/non-removal of a toilet tank lid Nothing is being done about its removal and it will encourage more flytipping and inappropriate disposal. The fact that it is a street full of young children and the health and safety is dismissed is shocking. The Duty of Care is not being demonstrated of not enforcing the law towards the organisation or residence in regards to the responsible manner of rubbish disposal/removal, where it will encourage unhygienic practices.This sends a message that this conduct has no accountability. Health and safety of the residents and wider community should be paramount, not ignored.
