Constant fly tipping in Lynbrook Grove and Newent Close

These issues are continuous and are attracting vermin. I heard people in the street on Monday morning at approximately 5a.m. and when I woke up a couple of hours later the bed mattress was blocking the pavement. The bike hangar constantly attracts rubbish at the end of Lynbrook Grove and rubbish is constantly left at the start of the properties.
