The owners of the property trading as Koz Grill Kebab at 118 Cheltenham Road, SE15 3AR are depositing building waste created from the refurbishment of flats on the upper floor in a parking bay to the front of the property. It is being regularly cleared but they should apply for a skip licence. It is making the road look a mess!
