Man with van flytipping

At around 7.30 pm a man with a van came into the estate and started flytipping the recycling bin. Myself and another resident confronted him and he got very aggressive when I took a picture of his license plate. He said he was working for the Council but tried to intimidate me and told me to mind my business. His license plate HN74 NXF - white Ford Transit.

His van was loaded with rubbish so he probably left to drop it somewhere else.
