Serious flower bed litter picking needed

A really deep clean of flower beds - particular middle flower bed- needed. Years of cigarette butts and other rubbish has built up, and visible now the plants have died. This isn’t a 5 minute litter pick but an hour at least per flower bed. Needs a really really good clean.
