Been on the building for over 12 months. I think this is part of Quentin House owned by Southwark council

I understand that Quentin House SE1 8UY is own by Southwark Council. Don’t they have responsibility for removing graffiti off their own property?

Still there. Webber and Quentin TMO is ultimately owned by Southwark Council. This graffiti is on the side of Quentin House.
