Persistent throwing of litter from parked cars

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9532076.

Almost daily dumping of litter from cars, usually water bottles, fried chicken boxes, plastic meal cartons, drinks cans. All along the street (Farquhar Road, Jasper Road).Do people realise this is illegal..... there's no deterrent. There should be more public bins however there are wheelie bins easily accessible on the pavement and a bin on opposite side of road.
