Dangerous uneven pavement slab located directly outside Bedales of Borough. The slab has become raised and unstable around a utility cover, creating a significant trip hazard for pedestrians.
This issue has already caused multiple customers and passers-by to trip while leaving the premises or walking along the pavement. The raised edge and gap are particularly difficult to notice and present a serious safety risk, especially during busy periods.
