Human faeces in communal stairwell

Human faeces has been in the Fearnley House stairwell for two days (in over 30 degree heat), multiple residents have reported and the council has done nothing. Lots of flies, stairwell is used by children and people with mobility issues who have to take extended breaks on the stairs.
