Large street signs blocking drop curb

I am a wheelchair user from this area and the dropped curb is completely unusable right now. In order for me to get to my GP (Blackfriers medical practice) my only option is to go on the street, which is very dangerous. The dropped curb is blocked by large signage for over a week now.

    This remains an issues, dropped curb is inaccessible. Wheelchair users have to use the streets currently
