Abandoned bin

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9509970.

Brown Garden Waste bin at entrance to park. This bin is full of decaying waste. I have tried to report it as an Abandoned Bin but that part of your website is not working. (I tried a few weeks ago and it’s still not working.) Please can you take it away as it is disgusting and probably a health hazard.
