Tree overgrown over the footpath

The pavement on Relf Road is very hard to walk down because of the very overgrown tree. I’m personally 6 foot 4 and it forces me to walk into the road instead of walking down the pavement. Please this tree needs to be trimmed to make the pavement easy to walk down it’s a really bad nuisance
