Cannot use pavement safely at junction of Forest Hill Road and Therapia road

There is significant tree growth - more than one tree which is over hanging from a garden (maybe no. 1 Therapia Road) onto Forest Hill Road, making it very nearly impossible to use the pavement safely. Trees branches/leaves are hanging very low - only a child could pass under the branches safely.
