Overgrown foliage

This is a consistent problem that has been going on for months. The property next to the bins has foliage which is always extremely overgrown. It interfers with front access to the enclosed bins. It is the same at the rear. A few of the ground floor properties that face Cooks Road, when you walk through to the rear of the block, foliage is vastly overgrown which affects access to the path.
