There is one bin to serve a number of fast food outlets . Clearly the bin is not fit for purpose. A) it is open B) it is not big enough for waste from consumers and from traders. I have seen better bins installed at Camberwell church street to serve outlets. They are firmly closable. Please review the situation at queens rd Peckham
