Only one blue cycle lane creates collision

On Ontario street, there is only one blue cycle lane drawn. This creates bike collision! Westbound cyclists (going towards the traffic light) have a guiding blue cycle lane from Keyworth St to Ontario St. This guiding blue cycle lane disappears, so cyclists move on the only one they see, which is for cyclists going eastbound.

This creates dangerous collisions between cyclists! I have seen two crash in front of me and I myself fell because of the sudden stop.

You should continue the westbound guiding blue cycle lane up to the traffic light to guide cyclists accordingly.
