Pizza Express signs too bright

The light-up signs for Pizza Express are incredibly bright at night, especially when compared to all other sources of light in the area. Unsure if there's a limit to such things, but since the business closes at around 11:30 PM, it would be ideal if they turned off the lights after this time.
