Fly-tipping and dumped furniture blocking pavement near communal bins

Large items including what appears to be a bed frame/mattress, cardboard, discarded toilet and household waste have been dumped beside the communal bins at the corner near Swan Mead. The items are obstructing part of the pavement.

Please can this fly-tipping be removed and the area cleared as soon as possible. Located near block 50-80 Swan Mead
