There is constant fly tippers next to St David’s Mansion on Dunstans Road (SE22) Fly tippers leave lots of rubbish - especially furniture - and time and time again leave a blue wheelie bin with no lid, filling it with non recyclable rubbish which then flies all over the road. It’s an eye sore and unhygienic. This corner of Dunstans Road needs a camera and the fly tipper(s) need(sh to be fined.
