Graffiti on river wall to east of Cherry Garden Pier stretching along. Part of the problem is that the bushes have become quite overgrown and so anyone loitering or scrawling graffiti is not visible from the street. If the bushes were reduced in size and visibility from the street improved, perhaps this might happen less frequently. Thank you.
