Rubbish Constantly Everywhere

Bin overflows constantly because it isn't emptied often enough then people dump rubbish beside it, foxes tear it open and it ends up everywhere. It's an absolute joke. Get your staff to empty the rubbish from this bin at least 3 times a week.
