The man wrapping up the litter from the bin keeps leaving this beside our wall on the street. Could someone please tell him to stop doing this. I have placed it by the bin and will continue to do so.

Also could you please inform me when this will be collected as last week it was left for days and foxes and birds spread the contents all over the street.
