Hedge reducing usable pavement width.

The large hedge is, and has for some time, blocking a sizable proportion of the pavement, both on Croxted Road and Ildersly Grove. The hedge does get an occasional 'lite trim' but nothing like the hard prune it needs. Not only is this reducing the usable size of the pavement but it also raises safety and security issues.
