People have been adding rubbish and furniture to bed and boxes left out for bulky waste collection on 30/4

Collection was only partially fulfilled. it is starting to block the entire pavement because people are adding stuff every day since then. Please can you remove as it’s becoming a hazard! We have also flagged it with the bulky waste/environmental team but not had a response yet.
