Blue bags left to rot for three days

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9377208.

On bins outside Goodrich School, SE22 0EP. These blue bags are often left next to the bins instead of on top (which means they get attacked more easily by foxes). Also, they are sometimes left for days when other bin bags ate collected. This is a problem in that it’s right next to a large primary school - kids walk in dog muck and rotten food. Please instruct all litter pickers to put bags on top of bins and ask the relevant department boss to ensure they are collected promptly. Thanks
