Persistent obstruction to resident parking bay

For over 6 months, contractors working on no.76 Adys Road have blocked a resident parking bay with rubble and bins. Not only does this take up a space in resident parking, which residents pay an annual fee to access, but it also leaves potentially damaging waste materials on roads.
