Bin rubbish

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9292984.
The bin has been emptied (I happened too see the come home as they happened to be on my road and I gave them access too the bin room, as they have no Fob to access it) now the bulky items remain as it was full too the ceiling, literally! It’s all over the pavement. The bin room needs a deep clean as a result of not being emptied for over 2 weeks
