Address the problem I reported for ticket number 9202165 the day before yesterday

Yes, let me tell you 'what is wrong':
You, the Council are WRONG becauseI reported the above problem (ticket 9202165) the other day. You have written on this platform that it is 'sorted' and its NOT SORTED.
None of it is sorted: your very badly designed platform does not allow a paying resident to itemise loads of issues IN EXACTLY THE SAME AREA unless they spent ages on your platform. PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE UNLIMITED TIME to deal with what should be the COUNCIL'S DUTY OF CARE.
The area that I have called into question is right next door to my home. The building next door to my home is YOUR COUNCIL RESIDENT block - St David's Mansions. Your residents are people who have no investment in their home and so don't care a fig about their surround.
That is the first problem. So it means NO-ONE from the block will be taking time out of their life to report the problem - overflowing bin aligning the block. A blue bin with no lid, meaning passers by are very attracted to the area as a very good fly tipping area. Plus the bins attract birds to take discarded food out of the bin, spread all over the pavement - then you have your rodent and fox fouling problem.
Second problem within the same few yards, right next door to St David's Mansions aligninig Dawsons Hill: THE FLY TIPPING SITE. Its been a tip now for around 2 weeks and is getting BIGGER AND BIGGER.
Third problem is the graffiti scrawled all over the cement side wall of St David's Mansions which faces my home. Again I reported this before Easter to MUSTAFA SEMANDA who has done absolutely NOTHING ABOUT IT. And now I find that you are actually posting stuff on your platform to indicate you have dealt with all of this.
UNBELIEVABLE! I mean, really, what is it you peopoe at the Council are on? It's like every team member is completely spaced out because they don't see anything, they have no energy and they don't care.
You need to get someone in charge to please contact me VERY URGENTLY.
