People are always dumping rubbish on this corner of Old Kent Rd and Mina Rd. There is often broken glass and food left here. The new sign is a start but does not forbid ALL kinds of littering. Perhaps a sign like the one here from Lewisham Council would be more appropriate? Could there be a new litter bin near this spot please?
