Blanket stuck in tree

Hi!

This tree has had a blanket stuck in it for the last month or so, the wind doesn't seem to get it unstuck. It's not a big problem, but it does look quite unsightly. It's about 2 floors up off the ground, you'd probably need a cherry picker to get it down. (Sorry for the dark picture!)
