Health hazard. Smells like a blocked old drain: sour decay.

Probably a leak from bin area. Puddle of fluid inside the bin area. It’s leaked onto the alley and covers nearly the entire width of the alley. Flows down into the car park, where there are two more substantial puddles. The rest of the area has loads of discarded junk that has been there for a while. This is usual for this location.
