Like a few months ago, further furniture has been fly-tipped on the street in this location. It has been here for over a week.

The items were not fly-tipped by or with the garage owner's permission: therefore this is not a private issue. The area, because it has a slight recession in from the pavement, is often seen as a convenient dead zone for fly-tipping: it happens a few times a year.
