Lighting on Wyatt close dark area next to the sheltered housing

Cars turning up late at night. Eating and drinking and leaving rubbish! Very bad lighting next to the small car park facing the river. Very dark and it's really not very safe for women in the area walking home from college and university or work in the darker evenings . Lighting needs to be improved in that particular spot. We have been asking for over twenty years.

Please can you make it a pleasant and safe environment for everyone to live in.
